“I'm a little bit more in the real estate aspect of things," Sal explained in a recent interview. "Bene came up and said, 'I want to open up a medical spa.' I said, 'You find the right location, and if they're selling the building, I will definitely look into it.' And next thing you know, a week later, she's like, 'I found it!’”

They worked tirelessly to build their brand and create a warm, welcoming environment for their clients and their hard work paid off. "We monitor a lot, not micromanaging in any way, but we stay on top of our spa," Sal explained. "We ensure our team goes through the training they need. We have a lot of meetings to make sure everybody's updated and informed. This industry changes quickly. You need to be really involved in the business" While Sal is the business expert, handling finances, marketing, and strategy, Benafsha is the creative force behind Skin Lab & Contour, designing treatments, and ensuring clients receive a personalized experience.
